This fee also reflects the on-call aspect of being available for tenants’ and home owners property emergencies. For any additional services [on top of the full service management], we will inform the charges in advance and you can decide whether to take the services, as usual our pricing would be transparent!
We don’t have any formal or informal tie ups with builders or electricians or plumbers or any service providers, our pricing is transparent with no hidden costs or commissions, what you pay is exactly the costs for the service or products and nothing more!
Our ‘no hassle’ full service includes
- Supervision of all repairs and improvements
- Advise on improvements that will help your property bring in maximum rent
- Initiation and follow-through on any claims for damage
- Move-in and move-out inspections
